Dr. Mrs. Juliana Akushika Andoh is a lecturer at the Department of Marketing; Faculty of Management Studies, UPSA, and currently the research officer for the department. She holds a Ph.D. and MPhil in Business Administration Marketing option both from the University of Ghana Business School, Accra Ghana.

Dr. Akushika Andoh has over fifteen (15) years of experience across industries including real estate, mall management, hospitality, FCMG, and financial service sectors and maintains an active practice through Marketing Consultancy.

With over thirteen (13) years of teaching experience, she teaches several courses including Brands Management, Principles of Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, Relationship Marketing, Marketing Management, Marketing of Financial Services, and Strategic Marketing Planning at the Undergraduate, MPhil and Masters’ Levels. She also supervises a number of research works at the PhD, Master, and undergraduate levels and has developed modules for distance learning educational programs.

Brands Management, International Business, Export Marketing, Marketing Management, Customer Relationship Management, Relationship Management, Strategic Management, Sales Management, Services Marketing and Online/Digital Marketing are her research interests.
