Felix Baidoo
His work involves collaborating with teams across Guinness Ghana and other external stakeholders to reduce environmental impacts with a focus on plastic waste management, circular economy, water stewardship, making a positive difference in local communities and promoting responsible drinking. These efforts play an important role in helping Guinness Ghana to deliver its ambition to be the best performing, most trusted, and respected consumer products company in Ghana.
Prior to joining Guinness Ghana, Felix worked with Tigo Ghana as Corporate Responsibility Coordinator, with local accountability for sustainability agenda, community impact programs as well as leading on stakeholder engagement and non-financial reporting.
Starting his career as a public relations/communications professional, Felix has played a key role in projects for clients across the mining, jobs, and internet industries, etc. in Ghana.
Felix holds a BA (Communications Studies) from the Ghana Institute of Journalism and MA (Public Relations) from the University of Greenwich, London. His professional certifications include Chartered Institute of Public Relations UK (CIPR-UK) and Institute of Public Relations (IPR) Ghana.
He is a former recipient of Tullow Group Scholarship Scheme, a panel member of the Israeli Green Innovation Competition and a regular participant at various thought leadership activities on communications and sustainability.
