Course Curriculum

Understand project management and how to balance time, resources, scope and quality. Topics include the project lifecycle, stakeholder identification and engagement, the role of the project manager, project planning, resource allocation, communication, conflict management, risk management and project management methodologies. Practical applications include project plans, work breakdown structures and Gantt charts.
Build the knowledge and skills required to design and implement robust Monitoring and Evaluation systems. Topics include M&E frameworks and tools, M&E plans and systems, data systems and management, data collection and analysis, reporting, Key Performance Indicators, emerging trends and the application of Artificial Intelligence to M&E.
The course uses case studies, simulations, presentations, collaborative exercises and real-world project scenarios so participants can apply the concepts covered in both modules.
